Diese Nutzungsbedingungen ("Bedingungen") regeln Ihren Zugang zu und Ihre Nutzung der StoryPicBooks-Website, der Plattform und der damit verbundenen Dienste (zusammenfassend als „Dienst“ oder „Plattform“ bezeichnet), betrieben von ISIO SERV SRL (zusammenfassend als „StoryPicBooks“, „wir“, „uns“ oder „unser“ bezeichnet). 1. Ăśber StoryPicBooks
StoryPicBooks ist eine digitale und kreative Plattform, die es Nutzern ermöglicht, digitale und physische Bilderbücher oder Comic-ähnliche Geschichten zu erstellen, anzupassen und zu kaufen, einschließlich Inhalten und Illustrationen, die durch künstliche Intelligenz (KI) generiert werden. Bestellungen können über Drittanbieter für Print-on-Demand-Dienste abgewickelt und international versandt werden.
2. Altersanforderung
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
- Users aged 13 to 16 may only use the Platform with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- The Platform is not intended for children under 13.
3. Kontoerstellung und Nutzerverantwortlichkeiten
- You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized account use or security breaches.
- You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
- You may delete your account anytime by contacting support or through account settings, subject to our privacy and data retention policies.

- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission.
- Engage in spam, malware, or AI misuse.

4. Lizenz und Nutzung der Plattform
- Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Commercial use without explicit permission, including resale or sublicensing, is prohibited and may result in termination and legal action.
- You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.
5. Nutzerinhalte und KI-generierte Inhalte
- You retain ownership of all content (text, images, stories) that you create or upload ("User Content").
- By using the Service, you grant StoryPicBooks a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt your User Content to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
- We may use your completed stories or visuals for marketing or promotional purposes.
- AI-generated content is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee its accuracy or suitability. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the content before distribution or publication.
6. Zahlungen, Bestellungen und Erstattungen
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
- You are responsible for providing correct billing and delivery information.
- Prices may change prior to order confirmation.
- All sales are final, except for defective or damaged products or as required by law.
- Refunds for credits or digital goods are generally not provided, except under exceptional review (contact support within 7 days).
7. Foto-Upload und KI-Verarbeitung
- By uploading photos to StoryPic, you confirm that you have the right to use those images and that you have obtained consent from any individuals depicted (or their legal guardians for minors).
- Uploaded photos are used solely to generate character descriptions and visual references for AI-generated illustrations. Your original photos are never reproduced in generated stories.
- Photos are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage and are accessible only to your account. We do not share, sell, or transfer your photos to third parties.
- AI-generated illustrations are stylized artwork created by artificial intelligence. They are inspired by character descriptions, not direct reproductions of uploaded photos.
- You may delete your uploaded photos at any time from the Characters page, and they will be permanently removed from our servers.
8. Credits-System und digitale Käufe
- StoryPic uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and used to generate story illustrations.
- Each image generation (initial, regeneration, or inpainting edit) costs 1 credit. Story text generation is free.
- Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not expire.
- Credit prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes or currency conversion fees.
- We reserve the right to modify credit pricing for future purchases. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.
- Free credits provided through promotions, referrals, or sign-up bonuses may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates.
9. Kinderinhalte und elterliche Verantwortung
- StoryPic generates content intended for children and family audiences. Our AI systems include content safety filters to prevent inappropriate content generation.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing AI-generated stories before sharing them with children.
- While we implement safety measures, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. We encourage users to report any inappropriate content to our support team.
- You are solely responsible for the photos you upload, including ensuring they do not depict content that is inappropriate, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
- Stories marked as 'public' are visible to all users. Parents should exercise discretion when making stories containing children's likenesses publicly visible.
10. Rechte am geistigen Eigentum
- All Platform content not created by users (including software, templates, graphics, trademarks) is owned or licensed by StoryPicBooks (ISIO SERV SRL).
- No rights or interests are transferred to you beyond those expressly granted.
- Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of Platform content is prohibited.
11. Schadloshaltung
Sie stimmen zu, StoryPicBooks und seine verbundenen Unternehmen, leitenden Angestellten, Vertreter und Mitarbeiter von Ansprüchen, Verbindlichkeiten, Schäden, Ausgaben oder Anwaltskosten freizustellen, zu verteidigen und schadlos zu halten, die sich aus Ihrer Nutzung des Dienstes, dem Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen oder der Verletzung von Rechten ergeben.
12. Haftungsbeschränkung und Haftungsausschlüsse
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- StoryPicBooks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable order.
- We are not responsible for delays, errors, or third-party service issues.
13. Ă„nderungen der Bedingungen und des Dienstes
Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren oder Plattformfunktionen jederzeit ändern oder aussetzen. Änderungen werden mit der Veröffentlichung wirksam. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung nach Änderungen gilt als Akzeptanz.
14. Anwendbares Recht und Streitbeilegung
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht Rumäniens, ohne Berücksichtigung kollisionsrechtlicher Grundsätze. Alle Streitigkeiten unterliegen der ausschließlichen Zuständigkeit rumänischer Gerichte.
